Everyone knows those premeds who practically live in the library, study a month beforehand for tests even for easy classes, and try to haggle every point back on an exam. What do you do to avoid becoming a premed zombie?

Here’s some of my suggestions:
- Room with laid back people- make sure your dorm is a place where you can rest and have fun.
- Have a cutoff time where you must leave the library- mine is 8:30
- Pick up a hobby or two- it’s crucial to be able to look forward to something after an exam
- Join a club or two- same reason as number 3
- Eat well, sleep well- the last thing you need is some extra stress
- Learn for the knowledge, not for the grade
- Watch some good movies, listen to some good music
- (lan) PARTY HARD
