Going from 1800 to 2000 takes a lot of hard work.
Going from 2000 to 2200 takes a lot of hard work.
The guy that made the hop from 2200 to 2400 is one lucky b<em>st</em>rd.
(make that 2300~ to 2400, on second thought.)</p>

<p>Catching the 2 or 3 silly mistakes when reviewing your work takes luck.</p>

1800-2000 alot of work
2000-2200 about 5x more than going from 1800 to 2000
