I am taking Linear Algebra at UC Berkeley currently, and with all my other high school APs, I feel overwhelmed. I studied very hard recently for a math midterm, and I still ended up getting a D on it. I felt as though I understood everything, but there were some dubious questions on the exam that had never ever been on the homework, such as proving that a transformation is linear. There are so many theorems… How do you prepare for this class?

I just do all the homework and ask the professor if i have any questions.
And the night before tests i would go over my notes and in-class examples to see if i understand them.
