How does academic success factors work?

Do they add additional points to the gpa if you have met the success factors?
I have had 4 ap classes in my high school career and currently taking three now (7 in all)
ive passed all my ap classes with a’s and b’s. how does this work?

The only way to increase your GPA is to get better grades; the success factors don’t increase GPA. Think of the USF admission matrix (link below) as 3 dimensional where GPA is matched with your test scores first and then success factors are applied.

Print a copy of the matrix and study it to get better grasp on how it works. Remember it is a guide only, but it seems to match up pretty tight with USF admits. Take a copy of matrix to your high school guidance counselor and go over it with her…she’s/he’s seen it before if you attend a Florida high school! http://usfweb2.usf.edu/admissions/pdf/counselor-grid.pdf
