How does CMU view legacies?

<p>How does CMU view legacies? </p>

<p>My dad went there, my Grandpa went there, and I have an aunt and an uncle (tenure) working there. How much emphasis will they put on this?</p>

<p>they will put a lot of emphasis on that…my bro is a soph there right now…and i got accepted to CMU. so im guessing they paid attention to that. But this will help you positively…dont worry! you’ll get in! good luck!</p>

<p>I also don’t think they put much emphasis on legacy. BTW, i dont think siblings count as legacy.</p>
