How does everyone afford >10 AP classes?

<p>My family wouldn’t be able to afford the 4 that I have. Thanks to fee reductions I pay $15 an exam.</p>

<p>You forget that the cost is dispersed over 4 years. With adequate planning, $250 a year is not that hard to muster.</p>

<p>I have a job. I paid $800 for AP exams and prep books this year. It was fabulous.</p>

<p>I guess I’m lucky-my school has paid/will pay for my 8 AP tests and 5 GCE-A/AS Level tests, and does the same for everyone in the school (and it’s a public school in a county that has no money, go figure).</p>
