<p>I am a 2nd year at UCSB, pre econ-acccounting major. I am enrolled is DSP (disabilities service program) and I am having trouble with my health. I have had almost double digit suregeries since summer 2011 (3 major ones) and after this past surgery I was supposed to be completely fine, but I have low energy and I can barely sit through lecture because of pain. </p>
<p>I am going to schedule a meeting sometime soon with an adviser in DSP but I was wondering if i could also get a couple quick answers here.</p>
<p>During medical leave, can you enroll in classes at a community college? I know it may seem like that defeats the purpose of leaving UCSB, but being home with my parents and close to my doctor would be nice and the easier workload at a CC would be manageable. And I dont want to fall too far behind.</p>
<p>and…Can you go on medical leave for more than 1 quarter?</p>
