You obviously have no problem with math. Get the scores up. Other than that, you look pretty good.

What colleges you looking at Sonny?

Why are you taking AP BC Calculus & DE Calculus 2 concurrently?

I am looking towards Carnegie Mellon, University of Florida, and Georgia Tech

I am taking calc 2 during the summer and calc 3 during the fall for my math competitions I compete at.

Your standardized test scores are very low for your GPA. Make sure to work really hard to improve those scores to bolster your grades.

You will definitely need to get your test scores (especially reading and writing) up. Here are the 25th/75th percentiles for those schools:

GA Tech:
CR: [600, 700]
M: [660, 780]
W: [610, 700]

Carnegie Mellon:
CR: [640, 740]
M: [700, 790]
W: [650, 750]

Univ. of Florida:
CR: [580, 670]
M: [590, 690]
W: [570, 680]

I haven’t seen a lot of HS math competitions that assume knowledge of calculus BC-equivalent or MVC (I did several in HS, including AMC/AIME/USAMO and some other ones). But I’ll take your word for it.

Other than that, your resume looks fine. Keep in mind that most of it will likely change or disappear once you get further through college.

I compete at mu alpha theta competitions. Also I agree I need to improve on the test scores, I have been studying the blue book lately.

Work on that CR SAT score!
