I received a silly little unsubsidized loan of 3,500 for Oxford at Em.
So, I’m assuming that Ox won’t give me anymore loans.
Do I need to seek private lenders or are there more options at Ox?</p>
<p>Also, I didn’t know of the existence of Oxford Scholars (even Oxford for that matter) until after I applied, which was after the Emory EDII rounds (waitlisted, but I’m actually more psyched about Oxy) which was in Janurary or Feb, I don’t really recall.
Therefore, I wanted to know if I can apply to the Scholars program after freshman year, or maybe after a semester of freshman year, whatever the possibilities are.
And also, I think I read somewhere that in order to even be an Ox Scholar, one has to enroll for a full 4 semesters at the Ox campus; however, I planned on studying abroad at Yonsei Univ in Korea for the second semester of my sophomore year. Can anyone clarify/dismiss?</p>
