How does Penn State's 2+2 program work?

Hello!

I was wondering if someone could breakdown how Penn State’s 2+2 program works. I am interested in pursuing Aerospace Engineering, and was also wondering if I can do this path starting at ANY campus, and ending at University Park? Are you also GUARANTEED to get into a major if starting at any of the campus’ and want to continue to University Park assuming you maintained a certain GPA? Also how are internship opportunities at the commonwealth campus’?

Lastly, which two campus’ are the easiest to get into (GPA and SAT wise)?
