How does score choice work?

Hi all,

I know that college board says that score choice will make sure that colleges only see the score you want them to see, but I took the SAT 2 Bio twice so far and both aren’t that pretty. If I somehow get a 800 on the next time I take it, will colleges ever know that I had such bad scores?
