How does Study Abroad work at UCF?

I’m currently a freshman at UCF majoring in Advertising/Public Relations with various minors and I am really interested in studying abroad especially in Italy or the UK. Problem is I don’t really understand how this whole thing works. I looked at UCF’s programs and many of them are either for language students, as in majoring in Spanish etc. or Hospitality.

How can I find a program to study abroad? I know they used to have one in Dublin, Ireland for Ad/PR; that would have been a dream for me.

Is there any way to do study abroad programs outside of UCF?

If the programs I choose are the Summer ones, will I be able to get a bit of financial aid, or will it not apply since it is Summer?

Please if you have done Study Abroad before let me know about it!!!

Did you miss that day when they had a whole bunch of people come talk about different study abroad programs in the student union? They had a whole bunch of booths set up. They even had booths that gave you information about financial and whatnot.

Well I’m guessing I did miss that day if I don’t know anything about it!
