How does the Princeton Review CD compare to the real thing?

I can’t get the PowerPrep CD to work (hurray, ETS), so I took PR’s computer-based test. Does anyone know how PR’s scoring of the Quant section (on the CBT) compares to ETS’ scoring? I realize that any answers would be anecdotal; just curious about others’ experiences.

My own opinion of PR’s Verbal section is that their questions are a little squirrelly (relative to the questions in the ETS Big Book). I’m just less of a Quant girl than a Verbal girl, so I feel less equipped to judge the scoring difficulty of the Quant section.

Thanks, anyone with feedback/experience.

Is it the CD itself thats causing the problem? If so you can download the software from ETS yourself. When I was studying for the test I took a couple PR tests, I felt the Quant was a joke compared to the real thing and verbal was comparable if not slightly easier. Powerprep is the best indicator by far.

Thanks, PhD-Bound?. I’m actually not sure what the problem is, so I’ll try the download.
