<p>I wish to transfer into NYU or some sort of NYC school as a sophmore, and I currently will be attending UIUC for engineering for my first year, but I am unsure as to when to apply for transfer. My highschool GPA isn’t going to be fantastic since I acquired senioritis, but I was wondering when is the correct time to apply. Is it between the first and second semester? Or between Second and third (First of sophmore year)?</p>
