How does UCLA convert IB scores into the GPA?

I am so curious since I’ve read that UCLA is mainly looking at the GPA…</p>

<p>The age long question to which the answer is still unknown. They probably just look at it at face value, without converting it into a GPA.</p>

<p>The IB exam scores do not get inputted into your GPA, only the class grade. They are looked at as a separate entity.</p>
