I have got my credentials evaluated from WES for the purpose of admission into a graduation program. With a three years bachelor’s degree and a certification program, my evaluation report says that I have “four years of undergraduate study”. It does not mention that I have a “US equivalent bachelor’s degree” which seems to be mandatory for every college in the USA.
So now, can anyone explain me the difference between four years of undergraduate study and US equivalent bachelor’s degree? Looking for suggestions from the experts here.
Are you applying for a masters degree? I would email the programs that you are interested in and ask these questions just to be safe.
My daughter is currently in grad school and there are international students applying to schools throughout the US…for this particular degree (not all programs accept international students). They all describe WES as “easy,” “quick,” and “straightforward.” None of them reported an issue with the wording on the evaluation report.
I would email the programs you are interested in applying to and let them know what is written on the report that was generated by WES. The programs will let you know if there are any issues.
