It depends on the major—what is your plan? Transfers into CS, engineering and business are pretty rare from what I can read. I think the schools are kind of on to that trick.
Transfer to premed major
You need to be in the top 7% to gain admittance. Being admitted to the university does not mean your a auto admit into the major of your choice. I really depends on what major you want to transfer into and what is your current stats. The engineering and business school are very competitive and there is no short cuts to get in.
