You’re in for sure. SAT range is:
Math: 570-670; Verbal: 530-650.
On your place and with your awards, I would apply to Harvard and MIT or UW Honors program as well.

If you don’t get in, you should call the admissions office and ask why.

It seems like it might be nearly impossible to get into UW. You’re only ranked second in your class? They only let people who are ranked first in their class into UW, you know that right?

hahah steve, omg please dont shatter my dreams!! haha… sigh now i gotta on work getting ranked 1…in addition to raising my sat to 2400, getting 2400 on my sat II’s, omg…omg…haha…thew workloadd

haha just kidding!.. honestly!

lol thanks for the input!! ill come beat u down when i end up at uw…for sure!

Try community college.

seriously though, please apply ivy

i’m starting to think that the stats students post are all fake. I showed a friend this site and he even said “If i posted my stats, I would post much higher SAT scores so i won’t get embarrassed”.

Whats with everybody posting super high stats even for chances at a pub school

^LOL

If you consider this high stats, you’ll have to check out some of the threads in the Harvard forum, hehe

I thought was all that, reality check’ed by CC though. lol

and high stats and public schools have nothing to do with one another, berkeley is a public school, but you better have everything near perfect…if you’re planning on going there…

haha…thats funny cuz i got into UW this past year with a 3.08 gpa & 1800 sat

The 2005-06 acceptance rate was 67% (yield at 46%). The average GPA was 3.69 and mid-50% SAT at 1110-1320 (CR+Math).

You must have other talents as there were only 1.7% of the freshman class with GPA under 3.0 (5% with 3.00-3.24).

getting into UW is NOT hard. if you’re in-state that is. i had many friends who got accepted that were just average students with a so-so gpa (3.75ish, easy classes, didn’t attempt to take any SAT 2’s). hksanga- if you don’t get in, then it was probably because you were too good for the school. UW is def. a safety school for you.

**** already! get over the prodigy students for gods SAKE! Please ask for admission questions who has a freaking 3.0 gpa, or else F off!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH! ****es me off!
