How expensive is Studio Art (minor)?

<p>I am very passionate about art, and I’d love to minor in it. However we are really poor, and I don’t think I can afford to buy art materials. Our family’s income is about 15k per year (I live abroad), and even with financial aid, we can barely afford college.</p>
