how fast can I switch majors after I SIR UCLA?

I got in as applied math, but want to switch to mathematics of computations, same department, so is it highly possible? And how do I do it?

I was told it was possible during orientation. Anything before that seems to be unlikely.

Yeah, agree with ^^^^^. It would happen either at orientation or after.

So I got to go to orientation, but I’m from NorCal…

How od you plan on registering for classes if you don’t go to orientation? Because that’s where newly admitted freshman and transfer students register.
