<p>Basically I’m visiting CMU tommorow with an on-campus interview (counselor) and was wondering. Is anything more formal than t-shirt/jeans fine or is it expected to be some sort of business attire?</p>
<p>Go for business attire. It’s better to be over rather than under-dressed.</p>
<p>ususally people wear nice khakis and a polo and no sneakers or sandals-- look nice, but overdressed, as that almost makes you seem like you’re trying too hard… and make sure your clothes are not wrinkled</p>
<p>if you’re a female, wear something nice, but again, you don’t have to go all out</p>
