How good does the work experience have to be?

Work experience - 2 years part-time projects coordinator at Aflac Regional Office, overlook interns
2 years - Assistant store manager
Overall: Maintained part-time jobs from sophomore high school</p>

<p>is there a chance to get in a good MBA program with good GMAT and good reference letters?</p>

<p>How many years of post graduate work experience? At aflac, what kind of projects did you coordinate, and for what department? Did you mov up at all there, or did your responsibilities increase during that time?</p>

<p>BTW, assistant store manager could be a lot of things. My friend was an assistant manager at McDonald’s during HS.</p>
