How good is my GPA?

My current GPA is a 3.685 unweighted. I am currently a Junior. I have lots of A-'s and one B, how would colleges view this? Would schools like the University of Michigan be a reach?

It depends on what colleges and universities you are going to apply to. This will get you into very good schools, but probably not the really really top ones (which no one actually needs to go to anyway).

Do recalculate your uwGPA without + or -. UMich views GPA as most important and the admission average GPA was 3.87 in the last couple years. How is your class rank? It is pretty much a reach for anyone from OOS with an admission rate near 20%. With GPA significantly below admission average, it is even a higher reach.

Then it is not far off, but again, it is pretty much a reach for most OOS students.
