How good is TU Berlin?

<p>I am thinking about applying for masters degree in TU Berlin, Global Production Engineering, I need to know how good this program and this university is</p>

<p>TU Berlin is indeed very good university. But on relative scale, TU berlin is not better than at least best 15 US universities, and ~ 5 European universities.
But still pretty good. Plus I personally like Berlin, would love to go there if given opportunity.
I am sure how well it ranks in Gloabl Production , but in Computer Science, yes it is really good place.</p>
