How hard is it to get into McGill Univ and Rensselaer Polytechnic Inst as an international student?

I am currently studying in an Indian school. I am thinking about applying to McGill Univ in Canada and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in US, in 2016. I am interested in the Mechanical Engineering Major.

My school scores are as follows:

9th - 95% (top 3%)
10th - 95% (top 5%)
11th - 91% (3rd)
12th - 77% (top 10%)

I know my 12th class score is low but i am still in the top 10% since our school is really strict in academics. Will the univs give more preference to my score or my percentile.

I will be giving SAT 1 and 2 ASAP

extra curricular

Cleared many national level exams (NTSE, KVPY, Olympiads)

Submitted ideas to GSF

Short-listed for Intel tech challenge 2015

Made a documentary on road safety which was shown in theatres all over the city

National level gold and bronze medalist in Karate

Grade 3 guitarist from Trinity College London

And many school and state level achievements

Also i will be applying for need based financial aid

What are my chances of getting into either univs?

Really appreciate some help.

Chances of getting need based aid at both schools is next to zero.

Okay. What are my chances ruling out the financial aid?
