How hard to transfer in from OOS?

<p>I’ll be a freshman at George Washington this year. However, my parents are already talking about transferring me to a public school after this year because GW costs so much.</p>

<p>I am not a California state resident, but one of my parents graduated from UC-Berkeley. </p>

<p>Is a 4.0 pretty much necessary to have any shot at getting in from oos? My SAT was 2060, and my ACT was 31. Also, I’m a business major.</p>

<p>OOS (and Berkeley in general) is a total crapshoot. So go for it, you never know.</p>
