How hard would the math classes be for a non-math person?

I’m going to be attending Cornell soon and I want to minor in Biometry and Statistics in order to supplement my humanities-based resume, but the required math classes seem a bit daunting. I really did not like math in high school, but I received okay marks when I tried.

BTRY 3010: Biological Statistics I or BTRY 6010: Statistical Methods Ior equivalent
BTRY 3020: Biological Statistics II or BTRY 6020: Statistical Methods II
BTRY 3080: Probability Models and Inference
MATH 1110: Calculus I
MATH 1120 or MATH 1220 or MATH 1910: Calculus II
MATH 2210 or MATH 2310: Linear Algebra

^those are classes required in order to declare the minor. I place out of Calculus I because of AP credit, but I’m not sure how hard the other classes are/will be. Should I attempt to take some of the math courses at community colleges?
