<p>this is the fruit of my procrastination, which yearly gets worse. so how gradual was your slow decline into zombie-hood? mine is as follows:</p>
<p>around 2nd grade: 8:40 PM
around 5th grade: 9:30 PM, (11 was so risque)
7th: 11:30-12
8th: 11:30-12:30, occasionally 1 AM because i’d get bored and watch outlaw star <em>shame</em>
9th: 12:30-1
10th: 1-2
11th: 2-3:30 </p>
<p>takes me forever to fall asleep in bed, takes me two seconds to drift off in calc. Now is the time to call me a ■■■■■-wimp and proudly state your thirty milliseconds of sleep. :D</p>
<p>I was very organized in 10th. My use of the internet increased in 10th and then dramatically this year (my siblings moved out before 10th). And now, well, I’ve a bit of ironing out to do.</p>
<p>I actually had a bed time up until about the end of the 8th grade. Since then though there really is no pattern. Especially since getting out of High School it has really changed. As a rule of thumb I like to aim for a minimum of 4 hours, since that is about how much I need to get through a full day without having problems. With that said I’ve survived many days on under 4 hours and occasionally with none.</p>
<p>Rule of thumb (since some of you have been talking about All Nighters) if you’re going to get less then 1 hour of sleep, you’re better off staying up and finding a way to pass the time.</p>

<p>Its not only school that does that to me, work does the same thing. (insert security guard joke here) </p>
<p>Its funny though, if you were to take a desk in your free time, it would take forever to fall asleep in one. But let Professor ‘X’ drone on about routers for the 900th time that semester, you are out like a light.</p>
<p>I always stayed up late. Back in elementary school, late was 10 or 11, in middle school, late was 12, and then I would go to bed around 12 or 1 fresh and sophomore years. Junior year was the year of all-nighters, and this year, half the time I’m like, **** work, and the other half I stay up all night.</p>
<p>high school: sleep: 10:30 to 6:30
1st semester college: sleep: 1am-8:00am
this semester: sleep 2am-10:30am</p>
<p>haha I’ve gotten worse and worse and worse, something I have to work on. Though there was a point last sem. when I wasn’t going to bed till 4am.</p>
<p>I have been having the same problem lately. When I am in bed at 10 PM i dont start to sleep till like 11 or 12. How do you deal with it? Do you drink coffee or anything in the morning to get you woken up for school? Thanks ahead of time.</p>

<p>i hate it when it’s like 10 PM and i’m talking on the phone with a friend that then goes: <em>YAWN</em> omg it’s so late, i’m heading off to bed. Nite! </p>
