how high do we have to get?

I know 800 is the best score you can get but still how high do you have to get to be considered as a good score? this is my first time taking subject tests and I have no idea…
I took math 2 and us history.

For Ivies:
750+ on Math Level 2
700+ on other subject tests

oh what about more like…uva?

700+ on Math Level 2
Atleast late 600s on other SAT iis

I believe UVA does not require subject tests though. People on CC greatly overemphasize UVA’s selectivity though.

oh okay thank you so much!

High enough that you start seeing music…lol jk. 750s are probably good for ivies

Does it matter if you have a bad first try but then retake them to get those scores?
Like, I know most schools have score choice but some don’t…

Those colleges who do not allow score choice, (e.g.Stanford, Caltech) consider your highest scores. But it still even doesn’t seem plausible: if they are going to consider highest scores, why don’t they just allow Score Choice? We are not gonna send them bad scores anyway :D
