Or in other words - how easily are you amused?

Do you get amused at little things? Or amused at things that you’ve seen before? A lot of older people have higher thresholds of amusements towards things they’ve seen before. Somehow a lot of adults also laugh a lot - though I wonder if this is just a societal thing. They definitely laugh towards different things. I guess it’s just more of a societal influence than a genuine child-like realization of something that really does look interesting

I laugh WAY more easily than my peers. I may not laugh, but I grin easily. But it always makes me a bit awkward that no one else even smiles, so I’m like “…eh”.

yeah. I use lol a lot but it’s mostly to show I’m joking or being sarcastic. I tend to be overly sarcastic online (and any other time), and people don’t pick up on it easily.

if you aren’t amused - then how do you feel towards the content of a particular post (especially if it’s designed for amusement rather than information?) Is it annoyance, or more of a “meh”?

I use lol when I am amused - though maybe not to the threshold of laughter.

After I changed my thinking style - I don’t tend to get annoyed a lot. Or, annoyed to the extent that I lose any respect for the person(I do get annoyed by crows, but that doesn’t lower my opinion of them or anything)

I doesn’t take much to make me laugh, I’m just kooky like that and, most of the time, when I lol I really am laughing out loud(softly) . I also smile and laugh when I’m uncomfortable. :)

InquilineKea: maliceful??? heyy where’d it go?
