How important are SAT subject test scores for CALS?

I applied to CALS as a communications major and I submitted my SAT subject test scores. I thought they were mandatory so I submitted them and I’m kind of regretting it. I submitted my 650 in math, 700 in history, and 620 in Spanish language. I was wondering how much this will affect my application? Because the rest of my app is strong- 32 on my ACTs, ranked 9/385 in my class, rigorous course load, EC’s, etc etc, you know the deal.

anybody kno?

I didn’t submit any subject test scores, and was admitted. I had a good ACT score, too. The admissions committee will look at your whole application and how you “fit” with the major. If everything else is strong, and you have good essays and recommendations, you’ll have as good a chance as anyone else. Don’t stress. It’s not worth it.

I sure hope not :frowning: and congrats on your acceptance!
