How important are senior grades to college admissions?

I’m doing OK right now. If I keep at this pace, I’ll have 8 As and 1 B on my midyear report (7 of those 9 courses being IB courses). But I’m wondering how important these grades are.

@illsueyou1999 I’m an IB student, but I guess it applies the same way with IB exams.
