How important are these Chemistry concepts for AP Chem and AP Bio?

My Chemistry teacher this year thought it would be a fantastic idea to try out a new curriculum and completely skip over the following concepts, plus who knows what else.
I didn’t know these existed until today, when I looked over my AP Chem study guide.

Oxidation
Titrations
pH, bases and acids
Molecular geometry
Aufbau’s principle
Hund’s rule
Energy level diagrams
Electronic configurations
Trends in periodic properties (electron affinity [EA], ionization energy [IA], effective nuclear charge)
Pauli Exclusion Principle
Quantum Numbers

You don’t need much chemistry in AP Biology, especially with the new format. AP Chemistry has also been revised, and the first revised exam will be administered next May. The new format has taken out a lot of the old topics, but I think you should still have a working knowledge for most of these, especially if you plan on taking another chemistry class in college.
