How important is HS GPA when transferring?

<p>Hey,</p>

<p>Ive been looking to transfer to gtown for the longest time. I’ll be a college freshman in the fall at the School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University. I really want to transfer to the SFS - my biggest fear however, is my high school GPA/Rank. So I basically wanted to know how important are those two when transferring as a sophomore?</p>

<p>As long as your college GPA is good, I don’t think it matters. It would be like your first college judging you based on grades in middle school.</p>
