How is an LOR from a grad student viewed?

Assume that the graduate student taught their own class and didn’t just act as a TA. For law school, graduate school, business school, whatever.

Select:
A: Same weight as professors’ letter
B: Less weight than professors’ letter, but good enough to count
C: Significantly less weight than professors’ letter - virtually has no weight
D: Bad - it is detrimental, even if phenomenally positive
E: Uncertain

I’ve done my research on this and I think the answer may surprise some of you.

For law school–B. Based on the answer of the dean of a top law school. I’m not sure that the answer would be the same for other kinds of school. Nor do I think the answer is necessarily the same for all law schools.
