<p>Welp, its not called Sad Valley. :slight_smile: I visited over the summer and loved it! Theres all these cute boutiques and restaurants, I feel that if I go there, I will not be disappointed with the college town. </p>

<p>PSU and U of Maryland are my top choices, and if I get into both, the college town will be a huge factor, College Park around the Maryland campus isnt the best, safety wise or college town-y wise.</p>

<p>Out of all colleges I have ever visited, Happy Valley has the best college town. Resturants, Bars, Boutiques, Stores, Starbucks, Bookstores, Computer Stores, everything. It’s perfect.</p>
