I currently go to a small high school (NY public school standards) that has about 190 students per a graduating class. How much different is the social scene at a LAC college then a small high school as well as a midsize college (5000-10,000)

LACs and midsized universities are different, so no one can truly generalize what your experience will be like. That being said, both schools will be significantly different from high school for the following reasons:
a) Students are at a different stage in their lives. At 21, I am meaningfully more mature than I was at 15 (thank goodness for that!)
b) Living with other students, away from home, means the social scene will be different.
c) Students are given more autonomy, since they are adults.
d) College is not compulsory.
Some LACs are going to be very party dependent, while others will be more subdued. Different students at the same school might produce different answers. For instance, I was frequently intoxicated my freshman year of college so I probably would have described the scene as drinking dominant. Whereas my roommate, a Muslim, did not drink although she did go out to eat, see movies, etc. Her perception of the same school was likely to be completely different from mine.
High School Part 2— Class of 190 people.
Medium University- State School== Most people probably from around area, many couldn’t get into flagship school. Private== anything goes.
