how is my list?

Hello!
I’m an international rising senior and I’m hopefully planning for college in the united states.
with the application deadlines getting closer, I was wondering if you could give me some opinions about my list.
first of all, my credentials are as following :
SAT1: 2370
SAT2: took only math1 and I got a 700 because I couldn’t finish the test but I’m retaking in november.
GPA:4.0
Rank:1/140
Ec’s: Member of the student council for 2 years and running for presidency this year.
Head of the school’s debate club.
The official school student representative.
Member of a community service organization which is a part of an international rotary club, president of the community service commite there.
a few honors and medals here and there but nothing mentionable.

I know my ec’s are not so promising but I’m working on them besides I’m pretty sure the admissions commite is going to understand the hardship with which extracurricular activities can be found around here.
I’m aiming for a top school that would cover most to all the cost of attendance because compared to the us economy my family can pay next to nothing when it comes to college in the states, so I have 3 ivy’s on my list because they are the best of the 6 schools that guarantees full need for international with a blind pick.
I’m also aiming for a biology related major;however, I am undecided which but I’m sure it will be biology related because I’m planning to take pre med and apply to med school afterwards which I know is next to impossible but I’ll take my chances.
so, the list is:
Harvard on early decision
Princeton or yale?
Dartmouth or amherst?
I’m still confused with my less-competitive picks because I can’t find what I’m looking for which is a basicly a fairly ranked college that can offer a significant package of financial aid and at the same time the college should have a fine biology related or biomedical engineering major.

Should have said ‘international’ in the title, few people have experience with that here. All those 3 are high reach, of course. Please understand that the US has a very deep pool of top colleges. Bio is a core academic field that is done very very well at literally hundreds of US colleges. At the very least, expand to colleges that are not need blind but are likely to meet full need for accepted students.

What type of experience with US schools does your HS counselor have? The Ivy schools are nicknamed “lottery schools” because of the thousands upon thousands of applicants that have very high stats and there are only a set number of openings in each. You are already aware of the level of aid given to international students versus US students. Your counselor may have experience with schools that are more generous with aid and have accepted students from your school.
