How is New Mexico Tech's astrophysics program?

<p>Does anybody have experience with NMT’s astrophysics program? Or is there any rankings?
Also, would schools like Harvard, Princeton, or Caltech want an undergraduate student from NMT in their graduate programs?</p>

<p>The program is excellent, as you might expect given the location. The operations center for the Very Large Array is on campus. A high percent do go on to grad school (I don’t remember where that statistic is located…)</p>

<p>The social life at NMT will not appeal to everyone. Have you done your homework?</p>
