Hello!

I would recommend that you contact @H2Ptyler. He works in our office as a representative for Pitt on social media. He is double majoring in Finance and Supply Chain Management in CBA. You can find his posts and contact him on Twitter: https://twitter.com/h2ptyler or Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/h2ptyler/

You can also get a lot of good information on the Pitt Business website, if you haven’t already had a chance to look: http://www.cba.pitt.edu/

There are a lot of great internship opportunities in Pittsburgh (our career services staff can help you find summer internships in other cities/states/countries as well). The city of Pittsburgh is home to Fortune 500 corporations, tech companies and startups, international businesses, healthcare industry, and a lot more. The Pitt Business website has information about internships. You can find examples of a handful of past internships Pitt students have held on our website: https://oafa.pitt.edu/explore/experience-based-learning-opportunities/internships/

Finally, if it is at all feasible for you - I do recommend that you visit campus! We offer info sessions, tours, and special programs through our office. Current students are available to talk to you about their experience at Pitt. https://oafa.pitt.edu/visit/

There are also opportunities to visit CBA and get a more in-depth tour and information about Pitt Business specifically: https://oafa.pitt.edu/visit/daily-visit-options/

Okay, so that’s a lot of links! But I am hoping all of that information can help give you a good idea about whether Pitt would be a good option for you.

Best,
A Pitt Admissions Staffer
