I’ve always thought that they just took the mc reading raw score and multiplied the essay score by 2 to get your total raw score. I got a 730 with a 12 essay…I thought I had gotten more than 10 wrong. But I saw the score report and it said I only got 6 wrong with a mc raw score of 42 out of 49. How do they grade this?

oh yea…my grammar raw score was a 68 out of 80…meaning I lost 12 raw points. But i only lost 7 from MC and none from teh essay, so I’m confused on how they weight the sections .

Well you get a raw of 42 for the grammar.

Plus 12+12 = 24 for your essay.

So you get 66/73 raw. Curve was harsh

but the total number of raw points is 80 not 73. so how do they weight it.
