<p>The counselor is asking for the rank. And anyway, on the application there’s no space to explain the rank.</p>
<p>There’s space for comments. So the counsellor can fill in the stream rank and explain what it is, how its calculated etc</p>
<p>Which application has space for comments? There’s a space for the rank, and you enter the number there, and the application goes on. You’d have to do it in the counselor recommendation, which could be used for so much more.</p>

I will be applying by November this year , my ec’s are pretty ( in my opinion, an the adcoms too I hope ), aaa , my tenth grades are good I make a gpa of 9.4 in tenth ( i.e by cbse stds) but I’m not too proud of my elevenths school performance . But acc to commonapp I dint find a place on the apps where it required my elevenths class rank , scores yada yada …

<p>You have to send your transcript and/or marksheets with scores from classes 9-12. And there might be a place on the common app too. I’m pretty sure there is one.</p>
<p>I dint see the college transcript requirements of anything else but my secondary school report ( i.e tenth grade ) and mid year report ( 12ths mid sem ) and final year report , on any college website nor on The commonapp system . I’m just saying it’s not mentioned anywhere …</p>
