<p>Residence hall lounges (especially formal lounges) are pretty quiet.</p>
<p>My daughter studies in the Music library (in the building just south of the MAC). A very long time ago, I used to study in one of those little nooks and crannies in the Union with the big comfy chairs, although you have to ignore people walking by.</p>
<p>go to the East tower in the main library (Wells Library). It’s the quiet section- closes at midnight- then just go across the street to the business school and find an empty room.</p>
