Is June 30th late?
Is July 15th too late?
Is July 31st way too late?

The earlier the better! I submitted mid-July and everything turned out fine…but I wish I would have submitted earlier.

DD submitted late June as she was waiting for final grades for that year to be posted so it really did not matter until the transcripts were sent. It was fine.

Be sure to get your secondaries answered as quickly as possible, no longer than 2 weeks at most.

June 10 is fine. June 20 is late but acceptably so. June 30 is pushing it. July 5th is seriously sabotaging yourself. Don’t do that.

AMCAS says to allow up to 6 weeks for verification once transcripts are received, but can those of you who have gone through it tell me what the actual time was? My daughter applied for the FAP, and they said 15 business days for approval and it only took 2, so we are hoping that the verification time stated is longer than the reality.

Last year, my 7/7 primary was verified by 7/22, and all transcripts were to AMCAS by 7/10.

Thanks Kristen, good to know. That is much better news than the “up to 6 weeks!”

D1 was verified in 10 [calender] days after submitting in August.
