Hello,
So according to the college I have applied at, I am guaranteed admission because I have met all their requirements for assured admission(top 25% of graduating class, over 1080 on new SAT). How long will it probably take them to review it? Only reason I am asking is cause I need to be enrolled as a student in order to apply at their nursing program and the application deadline for that program is August 15,2017

There is no one answer for every college. You really need to contact the school directly and ask.
I did email them and got a rather obscure response. I emailed again and have not received a response. Crossing fingers though. I should have added to my original post that if anyone else had a similar experience (assured admission), that they’d post their story here too please.
The real question: When do they send notifications? Schools have their own reasons for picking their dates; we’re lucky if they ever explain.
Update: Got accepted according to my student portal. 
BTW: Do colleges send letters of acceptance typically through postal or email?
