Hello CC community!
I ordered additional SAT score reports on November 23 and my college board account shows that they were sent on November 29. But they are still not received by the university (University of Alberta) I have sent them too. Does anybody have an idea how long it would take? I gave SAT in May and SAT subject tests in June.

You should probably contact the university. It is likely the university already has the test scores since postal and internet communication between the US and Canada is not a slow process. Assuming receipt would be shown in the online file you have with Alberta, the issue may be that the college is having trouble matching your scores with your file or, like many colleges, just takes a long time to show receipt in your file.
I did contact them and they said that they didn’t receive them yet. I tried contacting college board and SAT too but they don’t even reply to the emails so…
Phone College Board. They were having issues getting scores out in October/November. Some people reported that their scores weren’t sent even though their online account said they were.
