<p>It shouldn’t take more than 3 days, but when institutions are mailing stuff, especially big bulk mailings, it probably sits in their mailroom for a day or so before it goes out. I can imagine it might take 5 days. I live less than a mile from a major university in NC, and they needed to send me a check for some work I did for them. They called, said they had it ready, and asked if I wanted it dropped in the mail, or wanted to just come by and pick it up. I was busy and told them to drop it in the mail. It took 3 days to get here. :eek:</p>
