<p>How long after you apply does it usually take UM to get back to you? Does it vary from student to student?</p>
<p>Varies depending on their workload,etc…was about 6-8 weeks for my son.</p>

<p>I applied late (over winter break) so I assume it’ll take longer for me.</p>
<p>I’m a currently a freshman at Michigan. I also applied really late when I was applying last year. (I mailed my application the day before the deadline which was Feb 1! ^^') I got my response back in mid to late March, if I recall correctly. So it may not take as long as you think.</p>
