Usually you’d know at least 50 - 80 % of the words on the list already. So I suppose you’ll only have to remember 200 - 500 words, and at 100 per week, one month should do.

what other books should ppl study for the voc part? i have a lot of time, so anythin will b helpful. thanks

I tried to memorize the 500 wordlist from sparknotes… I think I got through about 40% of it. It was helpful though, like 3 or 4 words on that list showed up (it was a lot more than I thought anyways).

I did approx 5-10 a day on note cards and reviewed/quizzed myself on them every day… I just completely skipped the words I already knew.

Its not too late to start on it (I think I started on mine a few weeks before the test), but go for the 500 list.

it really depends on how quickly you memorize. it’s definitely not too late to start, and if you don’t make it through all of it… well at least you still know more than before!

wahts more important the 1000 word list or their 250 most recurring list?
