How many classes should a freshman take?

I’ve received my college class schedule and am worried I’ve taken on more than I can handle. I’m majoring in Anthropology/Pre-Physical Therapy. In high school I was an “A” and “B” student with a “C” in advanced chemistry. I took AP and advanced classes mostly. I currently have 6 classes on my schedule: a math, English, chemistry + lab, a freshmen seminar, and two anthropology courses. I’m also going to be playing lacrosse at D3 level, want to get a part time job (5-15 hours per week), and be involved in clubs and community service. Will this schedule really prevent me from being able to get involved? Please tell me your opinion, especially if it’s from experience. Thank you!
